I went to visit Smileworks for a check up and teeth cleaning based on the Google star rating and it exceeded expectations. Dr D Pandya and Dr P Pandya were absolutely amazing, professional and more than knowledgable - looking at a patient care wholistically than just focusing on the dental aspects. They exemplified a multidisciplinary team approach to comprehensive diagnosis of systemic disease and even recommending my mother to other specialists. Teeth cleaning was pain and -bleeding free! Extremely impressive. Not to mention the impeccable dental chair-side manner. Senior endodontist dr purvis work was also thorough - op teeth whitening instructions. Extremely dedicated and flexible as I had a time constraint and they even opened their practice on Sunday to finish the job. That’s what I call service and dedication. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Mumbai - Borivali west to use them! Both Dr’s were better than my Uk dentist !

I'm very particular with anything related to healthcare so I don't say this lightly. Dr Dhaval & Dr Purvi are brilliant and knowledgeable who truly value their patients and their time. They took extra care to explain everything, answer questions and made me feel very comfortable. The cleaning and treatments were painless and meticulous. I brought my mom here to have her wisdom tooth extracted. She was a little anxious 😟 because she had never experienced this before. But once we arrived, Dr. Dhaval Pandya walked us through the entire process and put her mind at ease. We were given a deferred appointment date for the procedure after a few scans. It approximately took 10 minutes for the extraction procedure, and she seamlessly continued with her everyday routine during her recovery. Dr. Dhaval was a true professional. We were very comfortable and confident in his methodology. We'd highly recommend this place for nervous patient's dreading 😬 this procedure.

I consulted Dr.Dhaval for two wisdom teeth removal. Both Dr. Dhaval and Dr. Purvi are very experienced and knowledgeable and have phenomenal surgical skills. My lower jaw had a sleeping position wisdom tooth and upper jaw had an oddly positioned one which was diagnosed as and treatment planned as a competent team approach and procedure was executed accordingly with modern instrumentations and techniques. The whole procedure was completed quickly and pain-free in under 40 mins. My experience post operative was comfortable and recovery was quicker than I expected. Also, the opinions given by experienced endodontist on the pathology involving previous treated root canal teeth infection was very good. They always provide their undivided time and attention to details regarding any problems I was experiencing or wanted an opinion about, which is a big plus point. Their in depth post operative care with detailed instructions to follow pre and post the procedure and meticulous follow ups were very useful and relieved me of any questions I had about post-operative care and possible side effects likely to occur. Thankfully I had no side effects and pain was manageable by the recommended medicines. Would definitely recommend anyone with dental problems to consult them to have a stress free experience and get an outstanding job done. Thank you once again Dr.Dhaval!

Apart from the hygienic and well equipped clinic, the doctors Purvi and Dhaval Pandya are very skilled and methodical with their work. They are very engaging with the patients and are always of their patients well being.

I have had great experience with Dr. Dhaval and Dr. Purvi during my wisdom teeth extraction procedure. The pre-op steps and instructions were elaborate and adequately explained. They explained me the whole extraction procedure step by step and took the utmost care wherever needed. The best part was post op follow ups where weekly progress was monitored.
